When the ice comes off the lake a wonderful thing for fisherman happens.  The lake trout come up shallow and can be caught off shore.  We have had several ardent lake trout fishing parties come up and take advantage of this "ice out" fishing.

Ice usually comes off between the 1st and middle of May and the trout can be caught by trolling near the surface or sitting on shore at several dynamite locations or even off of our dock.  Its a fantastic time.

Groups usually come up between " ice out"  and walleye opening season day.
Cabin rates starting at $40.00 per night per person,
minimum 5 persons per group or $190.00 per person per week.

14' Boat and 25hp motor rental is $75.00 per day or $325.00 per week.

Taxes are extra and a deposit of $100.00 is required on booking.
